How much do you pay to start an Auntie Anne's Frozen Pretzel Fundraiser?
Auntie Anne's Pretzel fundraising programs are pre sell. That means you do not buy any product in advance to sell. You only use the brochures and order forms we provide free of charge. That means there is nothing to pay in advance if you want to hold an Auntie Anne's Pretzel fundraiser.
How do you place your final Auntie Anne's Pretzel order?
At the end of your sale, which we suggest lasts for two weeks, you should gather together all of the order forms and money from each group member. Tally all of the order forms together. Some people find it helpful to use a spreadsheet like Excel. You will want to get totals for both units sold and for dollars collected.
Remember when preparing your final order that you need to purchase each of the Auntie Anne’s products items in full case quantities. Both items are packed in cases of 12. That means you will need to round each item up or down to an even 12 item case.
When you have your totals you can enter them on the master order form we provide when we sent you your free brochures and fax it to us (682) 518-1616 OR you can simply call us toll free (866) 874-8383 with your order.
Once we receive your order we will enter it in our system and send you an invoice. After reviewing the invoice you can pay by calling with a Visa or Master Card or you can mail us a check or money order along with a copy of your invoice. We do accept purchase orders from public schools and will release orders upon receipt of a valid purchase order.
When will you get your Auntie Anne's Fundraising Pretzels?
Unlike Auntie Anne's Dry Mix Pretzel Fundraiser this program includes frozen products and must be shipped on a frozen carrier or packed in dry ice. Once you have placed your pretzel order with us and we have received payment we will authorize Auntie Anne's to release your shipment. Their shipping department will contact you with an exact delivery date.
For planning purposes you should allow approximately two weeks from the time we have received your payment until the actual delivery date.
