Does the cookie dough need to stay frozen?

You will receive your cookie dough frozen and it will stay that way for up to 10 hours depending on the temperature in your area. The cookie dough can be thawed and refrozen but its shelf life is reduced when thawed. The dough will last for a year if kept frozen or 30 days in a refrigerator. It can be thawed and refrozen but should remain frozen if possible.

What happens if I sell less than the minimum?

We recently lowered the minimum order for frozen cookie dough tubs all the way down to 120 tubs from 336 tubs. Due to the extraordinary cost of shipping frozen products we are not able to accept orders of less than 120 tubs. And, remember, each flavor needs to be purchased in full, 8-tub cases.

What are the suggested Baking times for the Chippery cookies?

Baking Instructions

  • Convection Oven - 300 -325 Degrees
  • Standard Oven - 350 - 375 Degrees
  • Cookie Size / Baking Times
    .67 oz / 6 - 8 min
    1.0 oz / 7 - 9 min
    1.5 oz / 8 - 10 min
    2.0 oz / 9 - 11 min
    2.5 oz / 10 - 12 min
    3.0 oz / 11 - 13 min
    4.5 oz / 18 - 20 min
  • Preheat oven accordingly by using the chart given above.
  • Place frozen dough pieces on an ungreased or parchment lined baking sheet. Allow enough space between each cookie to ensure evenly baked cookies.
  • Refer to the time/temperature chart. Baking times are unique to your oven, watch cookies closely toward end of baking - not all flavors of cookies bake for the same times.
  • Cookies are done when the color is light golden brown around the edges and there are surface cracks in the center.
  • If necessary, rotate the tray of cookies halfway through baking for an even bake across the tray.
Please bake with double-panning method - ie. two pans nested in each other with baking paper placed on top of the second pan for very even baking.
