Does the cookie dough need to stay frozen?
You will receive your cookie dough frozen and it will stay that way for up to 10 hours depending on the temperature in your area. The cookie dough can be thawed and refrozen but its shelf life is reduced when thawed. The dough will last for a year if kept frozen or 30 days in a refrigerator. It can be thawed and refrozen but should remain frozen if possible.
What happens if I sell less than the minimum?
We recently lowered the minimum order for frozen cookie dough tubs all the way down to 120 tubs from 336 tubs. Due to the extraordinary cost of shipping frozen products we are not able to accept orders of less than 120 tubs. And, remember, each flavor needs to be purchased in full, 8-tub cases.
