Is the coffee ground when I get it?
All coffee orders are sent to you already ground. We decided to not offer whole beans because of the potential problems of ordering the coffee in the wrong form. While some people have a grinder many do not. Everyone can use ground coffee while some can not use whole beans.
What happens if I sell less than the minimum?
We will take orders for as little as one pound. Unfortunately, though, on orders less than 100 units we charge a $50 shipping fee. We suggest groups that are not sure whether they can sell 50 pounds or more choose a different fundraiser.
Can I sell coffee along with some other fundraiser?
Absolutely. In fact we encourage people to do just that. Coffee fundraisers are very complimentary to cookie dough or pretzel sales. Talk to one of our trained staff and we can help you coordinate the best combination of products.
Can I just buy the coffee and then sell it?
We think that is a great idea. While most groups do use coffee sales as a pre sell fundraiser, sales are even higher when you have the coffee on hand to give to your supporter at the time of purchase. Customers do prefer to get their product immediately.
