Easy Fundraising Ideas is the only supplier of Pizza Fundraising Cards that offers a list of participating stores directly online. Your first step is to look at our list and make sure the store you are interested in is on the list. Don't be concerned if your local stores are not listed. We are adding between 25 and 50 new stores most weeks. You can earn $100 worth of free cards (10 cards) if you would like to sign up the store yourself using our Pizza Card Merchant Agreement. That process is addressed in our next question.

We do not accept returns on pizza or discount cards. The turnaround time for cards is very short. We suggest you order only as many cards as you feel confident your group will easily sell. Most groups report sales between 5 and 15 cards per seller. We also ship most reorders the same day we receive your order so there is no need to buy too many cards.

If your local stores are not on our list of participating stores it is only because no one has contacted them about the program. If you would like, we will give you 10 FREE cards to sign up any stores not currently on our list. Simply download our Pizza Card Merchant Agreement and bring it to your local stores. The simple agreement is self explanatory. Typically 9 out of 10 stores contacted in person will sign up. You need to have the owner or manager sign the agreement. Then fax the contracts back to us (682) 518-1616 along with your name and address and we will send you free cards whether you purchase additional cards or not.

The expiration dates on the cards will be one year from the date of purchase.

Easy Fundraising Ideas will pay your shipping charges unless you request overnight or second day deliveries. We typically use United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship your cards. Delivery to almost anywhere in the country is 5 or less days. Using UPS also allows us to send you tracking information the day your shipment leaves.
