How Custom Fund Raising Discount Cards Work

The Custom Fund Raising Discount Cards program requires the most hands-on attention because of its personalization for your specific group. However, if you would like to get started with the program and feel comfortable you can start with the following steps:

Signing up Merchants

Determine if you would like to sign up your own merchants or have us sign up the merchants. If you choose to sign them up you need to download our Discount Card Merchant Agreement and make enough copies to sign up the number of merchants you would like on your card. Typically cards look good with between 8 and 12 merchant offers. If you would like us to sign up the merchants we ask you to provide us a list of 50 or more local merchants you would like for us to contact on your behalf. The merchant agreement forms are taken to your local merchants. Specific offers are written down and the contracts sent back to Easy Fundraising Ideas.

Designing Your Custom Cards

Send us any art work you would like included on your discount card or discuss with one of our trained staff what you would like your card front to look like. Make sure to discuss color schemes and any other specifics important to you.

Once we have received the offers from your local merchants our graphics department will create a proof of your card and email you a file showing both the front and back of the card. We will need your approval of the proof prior to printing the cards or be notified of any changes you would like. We will send an updated proof to be approved if changes are to be made.
