Our Parade of Magazines program offers your supporters their choice of 80 of the top-selling magazines for only $15 or $20 each. That's a huge savings off the normal cover price! They can choose from Golf Digest, ESPN, Discover, Popular Science, Glamour and more.
We will provide free brochures your group will use to pre-sell magazine subscriptions.
They collect the money for each subscription. When your sale is done, you contact a magazine subscription fundraising expert at Easy Fundraising Ideas with the total number of subscriptions sold. We will then send you one voucher for each subscription. Your supporter simply completes the postage-paid voucher.
The vouchers that you will give your supporters are good for any of the magazines in the program. There are other fundraisers like the ESPN magazine fund raiser that offer fewer titles. This program includes 89 magazine titles. Your customer will simply fill in the postage-paid order form with their name and magazine choice and then drop it in the mail. Their magazines will be on their way in approximately six weeks.
The vouchers can be used for new subscriptions, for subscription renewals or can be designated as gifts. Simply put that information in the spaces provided on the voucher.

How much profit will you make on your Magazine Fundraiser?
Magazine fundraisers can be extremely profitable. In fact, depending on the number of magazine subscriptions you sell, your group can make 60% profit. That means that you can make up to $9 for each magazine voucher you order.
The minimum profit percentage your magazine fundraiser will produce is 30% if you sell only the 25-subscription minimum. Here is a profit chart so you can calculate your profits:
How much do you pay to start a Magazine Fundraiser?
While some groups choose to purchase magazine vouchers in advance and then sell them you can hold a magazine fundraiser without paying anything in advance. We will provide you with free sales materials so you can pre sell the magazine vouchers so you do not need upfront money to get started.
How do you place your final Magazine fundraising order?
At the end of your magazine fundraiser you will need to gather up all of the order forms. Unlike many of our other pre sell fundraisers, it does not matter which specific magazine was sold. We provide magazine vouchers that can be used for any magazine in the program. You will need to get a total number of subscriptions sold only.
When you have your totals you can enter them on the master order form we provide when we sent you your free brochures and fax it to us (682) 518-1616 OR you can simply call us toll free (866) 874-8383 with your order.
Once we receive your order we will enter it in our system and send you an invoice. After reviewing the invoice you can pay by calling with a Visa or Master Card or you can mail us a check or money order along with a copy of your invoice. We do accept purchase orders from public schools and will release orders upon receipt of a valid purchase order.
When will you get your fundraising magazines?
We will send your magazine vouchers within a few business days of getting your order and payment. Once you receive the vouchers your customers will fill in the postage paid voucher and drop it in the mail. They should begin to receive their magazines in 8 weeks or less.
