How a Papa's Cookie Dough Fund Raiser Works
Here are the easy steps involved with getting Papa's Gourmet Cookie Dough Fundraisers started.
Plan Your Cookie Dough Fundraiser.
The first thing you need to do is determine how many people will be selling cookie dough. We will send you a free order form and cash collection envelope for each seller.
Plan your cookie dough fund raiser dates. You want to choose a start date, and end date, a turn in date and a delivery date. Our staff will help plan these dates if you would like. Typically groups sell the cookie dough for two weeks. So your end date should be approximately two weeks after you begin your sale. Give yourself a couple of days to tally orders and money and get stragglers and then call or turn your order in to our sales staff. When planning for delivery, remember, we require a minimum of 10 business days. Adding a day or two can be helpful.

You will need to provide us with your contact and shipping details as well as the specific information for your group. In return, we will send the necessary brochures and collection envelopes you need to get started. Please do not continue on to this form unless you are sure you want to hold this fundraiser. |

Pre-Sell Cookie Dough and Place your Order
Hand out the order forms to your participants and have them sell the cookie dough using the order forms we have provided. They should collect their money at the time of the sale and let people know when they will be delivering the cookie dough. It is helpful to give participants a kick off letter detailing all critical dates. We can provide one if you would like.
At the end of your sale, collect all the order forms and money from your sellers. Tally everything together. If you have sold more than 336 boxes we will need a spread sheet by seller or the individual order forms to pre sort your order by seller.
