Soccer Scratch Card Fundraising

We do not believe scratch card fundraising is in any way gambling since everyone making a donation to your group receives the identical thank you gift. Gambling, we believe, would require a random or different conclusion to the action. That is not the case with scratch card fundraising.

Each scratch card, which measures approximately 6" x 9", comes with a pad of 25 sheets of coupons and a cash collection envelope. That gives each participant everything they need to have all 50 dots scratched off and to have a convenient place to store the money or checks they have collected.

Many groups decide that they would rather offer a sheet of coupons from local merchants. We have made that process as easy as possible. Download our Scratch Card Merchant agreement and take it to the local merchants you would like to participate. Be sure to tell them that there is no cost to have the coupon printed. Get the agreement signed and faxed back to us at (817) 478-9494. The coupon sheet we create for you is text only and contains 4, 6 or 8 coupons. If you have fewer merchants we can duplicate your favorites to get to one of those numbers. There is a one time $30 fee, though, to produce the coupon sheet.

We accept Master Card and Visa if you would like to order your cards directly online or phone in your order. We can also enter and hold your order while we wait for you to send in your payment from the invoice we will email or fax to you. Or, if you are a public school, we accept school purchase orders and can give you 30 days to pay for the cards.

This is the most common question we are asked. The same question, though, applies to all fundraising products. For example: "What if I don't sell all the candy in the carrier?" The great thing about scratch cards is that you do not need to have all the dots scratched off to make a fantastic profit. Each card has 50 dots and raises $100. Therefore the average dot covers an average of $2. If you pay $15 for the card, you need to have 4 people scratch off 2 dots each to begin to make a profit. From the 5th person forward all the money you collect is profit. No other fundraiser can offer those results. We can not accept returns on any scratch card purchases because the cards are customized.
