Is there any cost to hold a fundraiser?
There is no upfront cost whatsoever for your PTA to hold a fundraiser. We provide all sales materials free of charge. In fact we specialize in helping PTAs raise the money they need.
Does the PTA to charge sales tax?
Sales tax rules are different depending on your state and the type of group you have. We can not offer sales tax advice. We can tell you that we will not charge sales tax to groups outside of Texas. Groups in Texas simply need to fill in sales tax exemption forms and we will then not charge sales tax.
How and when do we pay?
The best option for PTAs is to get your public school to purchase your fundraising products using a school purchase order. That was we can give you 30 days to pay. If that is not a viable option payment arrangements will need to be made when you place your order. We do everything possible to help PTAs and their payment options.
Do you ship to the school or any other address I want?
If we are going to offer credit terms your order must go directly to the public school facility. Otherwise we can ship your order anywhere you would like.
