Varsity Fundraising - Overview
There are many types or varsity fundraising. Typically in the world of school fundraising the terms varsity fundraising refer to the upper levels of sports and their need for fundraising.
In this section we will identify three different varsity fundraising ideas that have worked well for sports teams all throughout the United States. Although this is certainly not an inclusive list that contains all varsity fundraising options, we have included varsity fundraising ideas for both small and large groups.

Pizza FundraiserWhen you think about high school sporting events you probably know the odds are good that people will gather to eat pizza either before or after the game. What kind of payment arrangements are available?
Payment arrangements will need to be made before we can ship your order unless you are a public school issuing a public school purchase order. If payment is an issue consider one of the pre sell fundraising options that allow you to collect money as you pre sell using free brochures and order forms. Otherwise we accept Master Card, Visa and checks or money orders.
Can I return products I do not sell?
Because of the nature of varsity fundraising we are not able to accept returns on any products. We do that for a few reasons. On food products we feel it would not be safe to accept returns of products that have left our control. Many other products are customized for your group. We have made minimum orders as low as possible and reordering as simple as possible so you will not have to order too much or the wrong product.We would love to work with you to choose the best fundraiser for your group.
Do I charge sales tax when I sell?
That is a difficult question to answer because varsity fundraisers come in all shapes and forms.. We are not sales tax authorities and can only speak to whether we would charge you sales tax. Most states allow non profits to sell products for fundraisers without having to collect sales tax. We suggest you check with your local authorities if you have any other questions pertaining to sales tax.
Is there any cost to get started?
If you are concerned with upfront costs you should consider one of our pre sell fundraisers. If you choose one of these options we will provide free brochures and order forms and you pre sell collecting your money when you pre sell and you use that money to pay for your fundraising order.
