Free shipping for all orders of 250 candles or more – there is a $65 shipping fee added to all orders less than 250 candles. 50-candle minimum order - unfortunately no exceptions can be made.

How much profit will you make on your Botika Walk with Jesus Candle Fundraiser?

The great thing about candle fundraisers is that you make 50% profit on every candle you sell. It does not matter how many candles you sell your profit percentage will remain 50% or half of the selling price.

The only thing that can affect your profit percentage is the $65 freight charge that is incurred on orders of less than 250 candles.

We provide all of the selling materials you will need to start and complete your Botika Walk with Jesus candle fundraiser. You do not need to purchase any inventory in advance so there is no cost to get started. Simply order free brochures, order forms and cash collection envelopes for everyone in your group.

How do you place your final Botika Fundraising Candle order?

When you sale is complete gather together all of the order forms and money from each group member. Tally all of the order forms together. Some people find it helpful to use a spreadsheet like Excel.

When you have your totals you can enter them on the master order form we provide when we sent you your free brochures and fax it to us (682) 518-1616 OR you can simply call us toll free (866) 874-8383 with your order.

Once we receive your order we will enter it in our system and send you an invoice. After reviewing the invoice you can pay by calling with a Visa or Master Card or you can mail us a check or money order along with a copy of your invoice. We do accept purchase orders from public schools and will release orders upon receipt of a valid purchase order.

Depending on the time of year, most orders are shipped within 2 weeks of receiving your order and payment arrangements. The candles ship from the manufacturer who is located in Texas. That means transit time is usually around 3 or 4 days after the candles are shipped.
