How Blue Wick Fundraiser Candles Work

Blue Wick makes a great candle fundraiser product. Their attractive brochures make marketing candle fundraisers a breeze. Here are the easy steps involved with getting your candle fundraising idea started:

Step 1Plan Your Candle Fundraiser.

The first thing you need to do is determine how many people will be selling candles and whether you will be pre-selling them or purchasing the candles as a direct sale item. If you choose the pre-sell or brochure method, we will send you a free order form and cash collection envelope for each seller. If you choose to sell candles as a direct sale item, you can purchase your candles by calling one of our trained staff toll free (866) 874-8383.

For pre sales, plan your candle fundraiser dates. You want to choose a start date, an end date, a turn in date and a delivery date. Our staff will help plan these dates if you would like. Two weeks is perfect for marketing candle fundraiser. So your end date should be approximately two weeks after you begin your sale. Give yourself a couple of days to tally orders and money and get stragglers and then call or turn your order in to our sales staff. Delivery of Blue Wick candles is typically 2-3 weeks.

Step 2Request Your Pre-Sell Forms.

Step 3Pre-Sell Blue Ribbon Products and Place your Order

Hand out the candle fundraiser sheets to your participants and have them sell the candles using the order forms we have provided. They should collect their money at the time of the sale and let people know when they will be delivering the candles. It is helpful to give participants a kick off letter detailing all critical dates. We can provide one if you would like.

At the end of your sale, collect all the order forms and money from your sellers. Tally everything together. Remember you need to sell 100 candles or more to qualify for free shipping. If your group sold less, you might want to purchase additional product to have on hand to sell to qualify for free shipping.
