Profit and Cost
Elite Retreats Desserts work very much the same was as frozen cookie dough fundraisers. Your profits are dependent on two factors: 1.The total number of items you sell; 2.The selling price of the items that you sell.
Take a look at the profit chart below. It will show you what your profit percentage will be depending on the number of items you sell:

Why Elite Retreats Wholesale Food Fundraising?
If your school or fundraising group is looking for a great large scale fundraiser you should consider Elite Retreats frozen snacks fundraising program. It covers all the bases and is perfect for a pre holiday or a large scale spring fundraiser.
If you think cookie dough fundraising has done well, think how much stronger your sales will be by not only offering cookie dough favorites, you will also be offering a great selection of different dessert items so everyone can find something they desire.
The Elite Retreats program is a pre sell fundraiser. We will send you free 8-page sales brochures showing all the great products in the collection along with an order form and cash collection envelope for each person participating in your fundraiser. They go out and sell from the brochure and collect their money as they sell. At the end of your sale you place one bulk order with us and pay using the money you collected so there is no need for any upfront cash.
The items in the brochure are competitively priced from $13 to $17. Your group can make up to 55% profit. It gives you the opportunity to buy wholesale fund raising desserts and sell them at retail prices.

How do you place your final Elite Retreats Frozen Desserts order?
At the end of your sale, which we suggest lasts for two weeks, you should gather together all of the order forms and money from each group member. Tally all of the order forms together. Some people find it helpful to use a spreadsheet like Excel. You will want to get totals for both units sold and for dollars collected.
Remember when preparing your final order that you need to purchase each of the Elite Retreats items in full case quantities. Every item Is packed in cases of 6 so you need to round each item up or down to an even 6 item case.
When you have your totals you can enter them on the master order form we provide when we sent you your free brochures and fax it to us (682) 518-1616 OR you can simply call us toll free (866) 874-8383 with your order.
Once we receive your order we will enter it in our system and send you an invoice. After reviewing the invoice you can pay by calling with a Visa or Master Card or you can mail us a check or money order along with a copy of your invoice. We do accept purchase orders from public schools and will release orders upon receipt of a valid purchase order.
