Profit and Cost
Tea and Coffee fundraisers are very similar to candle fundraisers. You will make a specific profit percentage on every item you sell. For tea and coffee fundraisers you make 40% profit on every item or $4 each.
If you sell less than 150 bags, though, there is a $65 shipping fee which will affect your total profit. Orders of 150 or more bags of coffee or tea will qualify you for free shipping.

- The fundraising coffee is packaged in convenient 10-oz. vacuum sealed foil bags.
- The tea is packed with 25 tea bags in a similar vacuum sealed bag to insure freshness.
- We also offer our collectible old-fashioned coffee tin that contains smaller pouches of coffees in assorted flavors.
We suggest you schedule a two-week selling period. At the end of the sale you tally together all the order forms and money and call us with your bulk coffee and tea order.
Coffee City Gourmet Fundraising Coffee is as fresh as you can purchase. The coffee is roasted locally and then ground and bagged the same day we ship your order. You will simply love the flavors. We have groups that sell the coffee every single year and a few that hold coffee sales all year long.

How Coffee Fundraising Works:
- Order brochures and order forms for each member of your group
- Have members sell fundraising coffee and tea to friends and family and collect payment.
- At the end of your sale gather the order forms and money and tally them all together.
- You place the final order for the products with us by phone or fax.
- We ship all items to you, which you then distribute to your participants.
- Your group keeps the profit (you only pay the cost of the products)

How much do you pay to start a Tea & Coffee Fundraiser?
How do you place your final Fundraising Coffee & Tea order?
At the end of your sale you should collect all of the order forms and cash from each member of your group. You will need to tally all of the order forms together. Some people find it helpful to use a spreadsheet like Excel. You will also want to add up all the money collected too.
When you have your totals you can enter them on the master order form we provide when we sent you your free brochures and fax it to us (682) 518-1616 OR you can simply call us toll free (866) 874-8383 with your order.
Once we receive your order we will enter it in our system and send you an invoice. After reviewing the invoice you can pay by calling with a Visa or Master Card or you can mail us a check or money order along with a copy of your invoice. We do accept purchase orders from public schools and will release orders upon receipt of a valid purchase order.
When will you get your fundraising coffee & tea?
We use a coffee roaster that is located in Texas. We drop ship your order directly from their facility to insure the freshest possible products. The roaster attempts to ship your order within 7 business days once we release your order, which we do immediately upon receiving your bulk order and payment arrangements. For planning purposes you should have your coffee and tea within 2 weeks.

I wanted to say thank you, thank you. We at our church sold coffee. The forms arrived promptly. The color order forms sell the coffee by themselves. Buy extra because people will want more. I look forward to selling coffee again soon.
