Booster clubs are made up of parents who want to support their kids. The primary responsibility of the booster club is to make your child’s organization the best it can be. One of the ways you help out is by participating in a booster club fundraising event.
By having boosterclub fundraisers your children will be able to have the new uniforms, equipment or training they need and deserve. Having a booster fund raiser does not have to be a spirit draining event. In fact your job is to help make it the complete opposite. Supporting your kids and getting them excited about the possibilities they have will help to make the booster fund raiser a successful one. If there is a specific goal or purpose for the fundraiser your results will be much better.

M&M’s One Stop Candy ShoppeM&M’s One Stop Candy Shoppe is a great product for your booster club fundraising event. Who doesn’t like candy? One Stop comes as a variety pack consisting of Snickers, Plain M&M’s, Peanut M&M’s and Skittles. There are a total of 52 candy bars per carrier and four carriers per case. The candy is purchased by the case with a minimum of 7 cases at $120.00 per case. The more candy you buy the higher you’re per case profit. |

Custom Discount CardsCustom Discount Cards are great booster club fundraising ideas. They offer discounts at different merchants throughout the local area. The cards generally sell for $10 each and, depending on the quantity you order, your booster club can make up to 90% profit. The cards can be customized with the club’s logo on the front and the merchant offers on the back of the cards. Quite often discount cards are used as annual booster club fundraisers that people actually look forward to. |

Scratch CardsScratch card fundraising is one of the fastest growing and most profitable fundraisers today. This is a great booster club fundraising event that will allow the club to earn up to 90% PROFIT. Booster club fund raising scratch cards have 50 spots to scratch off. Each student will take a card to 25 different people and ask each person scratch off two spots. Underneath each spot is written anywhere from $.50 to $3.00. You ask for that amount as a donation to your club. Depending on the number of cards you purchase your cost is as little as $10 each. Each card raises $100. |
Do Booster Clubs have to pay for the fundraiser up front?
Yes. Fundraisers can be paid for with MasterCard, Visa or you can mail us a check or money order. We also accept a Public School Purchase Order or a guarantee with a credit card, each of which will give your organization 30 days before the money is due. If you decide to do a pre sell fundraiser such as cookie dough, candles or Auntie Anne's pretzels, we will send you the order forms at no charge. You collect the money while selling and then pay when you call in your order.
If you take public school purchase orders, why does my booster club have to pay up front?
This is different with every booster club. If the school will send a purchase order from the school with the principals' signature, then it will be accepted. In many cases the school does not want to take responsibility for a booster clubs fundraiser, therefore a purchase order is not an option.
When is the best time for my booster club to do their fundraiser?
It all depends on the organization. In many cases booster clubs find that their organization does better during their organization's season, like the fall for football. This is because football would be on everybody's mind and in turn increases sales. Other booster clubs find that it is better to do a fundraiser right before an organization's season. This is so the organization can focus on their event instead of having to raise money.
Can my booster club return any unsold product?
Unfortunately, due to safety and customization, there are no returns on the products purchased by a booster club. You know the students better than us. Order only what you feel the group can sell. Another option would be for the booster club to do a presale fundraiser. Therefore you only purchase what was sold. Remember, you can always order more if need be.
