- If your local store does not participate you earn $100 of free cards (10 cards) for any new store you get signed up when you place an order for pizza cards. Simply download our pizza card merchant agreement, have the owner or general manager sign it and fax it back to us.
- Determine how many cards you would like to order. Most groups order between 5 to 10 cards per seller

When will you get your Pizza Fundraiser Cards?
We do our best to process orders and print pizza cards the same day you place your order. During the busiest seasons it might be 2 or 3 business days before your cards are printed. We then ship the cards via UPS Ground so you can expect to have the cards in your possession anywhere from 4 to 7 business days after we receive your order and payment arrangements.

Last spring, we did the Dominoes Pizza card fundraiser. I couldn't believe how simple it was. Thank you for making the whole process so easy. A simple phone call and we were on our way. And the product arrived promplty the same week. We are planning to do it again this spring. Thanks again.

Our pizza card fundraiser was fantastic. I wish they were accepted at all Papa Johns but we did well with our local store. We will do this every year I think.
