Profit and Cost
The amount of money you will make as profit is dependent on a few factors. The more items you sell the higher your profit percentage is on each item sold. The actual profit per item will vary depending on the selling price of the item. For example assume you sell a $10 item. If you sell 120 items your profit will be 25% of $10 or $2.50 on each $10 item sold. If you sell 1,664 items your profit would be 50% of $10 or $5.00.
When you meet the minimum order of 120 items you will earn 25% profit, the more items you sell the more profit you make. With this fundraiser you have the potential to make up to 55% profit. See the profit chart below for an idea of your profit potential:

Why Gourmet Creations Fundraising?
Cookie dough and frozen desserts have historically produced fantastic results. Many groups, though, did not like handling frozen products. This wonderful program offers an extensive collection of gourmet food mixes and none requires refrigeration or a freezer. This fundraiser is perfect both for school wide events and smaller groups looking for a good product to sell.
The lineup of gourmet foods changes from season to season but typically includes Cookies, Breads, Pretzels, Drink Mixes, Soups, Desserts, Pet Treats and baking utensils.
There is no cost or risk to hold a Gourmet Creations Fundraiser. We send each participant in your group a free brochure, order form and cash collection envelope. They take those sales materials and show friends, family and coworkers what they are selling. Orders and payment are taken. At the end of your sale – which we suggest lasts for two weeks – you tally all of your orders and cash and call or fax us your order.

How much do you pay to start this fundraiser?
There is no money needed upfront for this fundraiser. We provide free brochures, order forms and cash collection envelops. You will pay us after you sell your Gourmet Creations and are placing your order. Then you can use the money you collected to pay for your order.
How do you place your final order?
At the end of your sale you will gather all of your order forms and cash. You need to tally all of them together so you have one list showing the total quantity of each item that you sold. Many people find it helpful to tally the order forms together using a Spreadsheet like Excel.
When you have your totals you can enter them on the master order form we provide when we sent you your free brochures and fax it to us (682) 518-1616 OR you can simply call us toll free (866) 874-8383 with your order.
Once we receive your order we will enter it in our system and send you an invoice. We can send the invoice either via email or we can fax your it to you. You will need to review it and let us know of any changes. Once you have reviewed your invoice you can pay with by calling with a Visa or Master Card or you can mail us a check or money order along with a copy of your invoice. We do accept purchase orders from public schools and will release orders upon receipt of a valid purchase order.
When will you get your Gourmet Creations?
Once we receive your payment for your order, your order will be shipped for free and delivered within 10 - 14 business days.
